Had no TV for a few weeks now. Internet also keeps randomly cutting out.

@Sarah0307  In all that time have you attempted to remedy the issue?   For example have you tried using ethernet rather than wifi?

 

Have you rebooted the broadband hub?

Before you can use Sky Stream you need a good and stable internet connection.

 

Who is your ISP?
