Thanks but none of those fit the issue.

Re: HBO Max is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
For those unable to activate, the issue is with Sky's back end system. I'm guessing this will be an SQL database that's incorrect. I provided info to Executive Support team beginning of the week, who passed the below info to the Back Office tech team, but aparantly this hasn't helped them understand the issue. Go figure! Below relates to the info given when trying to activate using Edge browser:
I've provided full HAR logs, and asked to speak directly, but they don't deal with end users.

sky.com/hbo-max-activate still isn't working. Had same issue activating disney plus took over 2 weeks to get it sorted.

Re: HBO Max is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
You are missing the point.
Sky advertised HBO (with ads) as bundled free with their Ultimate deal non Sky Glass, Sky Stream etc.
If the HBO offering cannot be activated (whether down to Sky or HBO) then there is an issue where what has been represented is not reflected in reality.
That is false representation.

Certain films are not playing. eg Minecraft - "get access"
What is the issue? How can we watch? It is all very unclear.
Thank you in advance.

I managed to fix this by signing into the mobile app which then reflected the sign into the tv app. The tv refreshed with the programmes no longer saying they need access.
- The tv direct registration never worked.

You have to upgrade your package to view these. If they are in UHD then you need the premium package which you can activate in the My Sky app. I've just upgraded mine so I could watch the New Superman film @JWSwansea

Probably a silly question and we just have to be patient. Any news on an update on HBO Max standard with ads coming any time soon?

Cant watch the FA Cup, despite having HBO Max included in my plan.
How does this work, as the sky website is no help.
