The problem is that Sky employee @Kelsingra  has posted the incorrect email address in their earlier post in the thread.

I've noticed that if I watch a Super Sunday Prem game live then it doesn't add to the playlist, whereas the ones that I don't watch live are in there.

so for example I watched the Chelsea-Arsenal, & the Arsenal-Liverpool games live & they're not in the playlist. But I didn't watch the Forest-Newcastle game live & that's in the playlist.

this is only for the Sunday games though. Saturdays' games are in the playlist no matter whether I watched them live or not.

no response or explanation from Sky though. Horrible company & horrible service

Sky make no effort to let customers know which live sports events will be available to watch later in the playlist.  It's very upsetting to do the 'series added' for a live event and then discover afterwards that you can't watch it. We pay extra for Sky Sports and it's infuriating to have such a patchy offering of events available in the catch-up service.
