Sky stream - Home Screen keeps freezing
I'm new to Sky and have just plugged in my Sky Stream and trying to navigate the Home Screen to open apps and/or load something to watch and the screen just jams and won't respond to the remote. I have to unplug to restart, this fixes for a couple of minutes and then freezes again. This has happened at least 10 times. I've given up trying to watch anything and have reverted to normal tv. Does anyone know what the issue is? When I've looked online it just says the WiFi but I'm not even getting to the point of loading something, so not sure that's an issue. I'm streaming IPlayer fine on my Samsung tv.

Re: Sky stream - Home Screen keeps freezing
@Sdsamaras Welcome to the forum. There are usual three reasons why this may be happening. Firstly a poor internet speed, do you know what yours is. Secondly how is your setup? If you are not connected via an Ethernet cable then where is your router in relation to your puck. If it is tucked away behind some furniture and doesn't have a direct line of sight that can cause the problem. Thirdly is your puck positioned on its own with space around it and it is not on other equipment or it doesn't have anything on top of it.
Check all that out and let us know. I hope it works.

Re: Sky stream - Home Screen keeps freezing
Hey, thank you for the response. I'm going to call Sky today and get a replacement puck. I paid for multi room so have tried the other one in the exact same place and no problems at all. It's not connected with Ethernet, so was willing to reposition the router if needed. But seems it's the puck that's faulty.
