Football & NFL matches missing on Stream playlists

Is anybody else having issues with matches missing from their playlists? I have series links for all football from Premier League, to Football League, as well as NFL. There were three games on Sunday, but only one of the games is in my playlist.

Also neither the Arsenal-Liverpool or Chelsea-Newcastle games are in my playlist, but the Super Sunday games from the previous weekend are. This is an ongoing issue.

I tried to email the viewerR@sky.co.uk address with a polite email and received no response.

So I called them and was met by the rudest customer service person I've ever spoken to, and didn't deserve it I explained the situation, and he just read something off of the website that says series links can't be made for games on the SkySports Main Event or Football channels. So, I asked how comes it lets me make the series linke then, and says that it's recording. And how comes it's adding some games, but not other?

He then said that what I'm asking for isn't possible. I said that it is because games on the Main Event and Football channels are added to my playlist through series links all the time. Also, none of the Football League games are missing from my playlist that were broadcast on these channels. He again repeated, that what I'm asking for isn't possible and that I'm wrong. I said I'm not wrong, and he then asked me abruptly if "I want his job?". He began talking over me, laughed at me when I started to get upset that he wasn't listening and was talking over, and cut me off.

Disgusting, **bleep** poor customer service. And no closer to fixing my playlist issues, or at least some sort of explanation

Forgot to add that I've also had the same issue with NBA basketball games on TNT. It's a complete lottery as to whether the games will be in the playlist or not. Not sure how the rude customer service person can explain that one with "series links & playlists can't be set up for the SkySports Main Event & Football channels".

However, that doesn't explain why some of the matches are added to the playlist, and some aren't, despite being broadcasted on the same channels?

If, for example, football matches, or NBA/NFL, can't be added to the playlist then how comes some of the games do and some don't? There were 3 NFL games on Sunday. Surely there would be 0/0 NFL games on the playlist, instead of 1 of 3 is in the playlist this weekend, and 3/3 the weekend before.

Or how comes the Super Sunday Prem games are sometimes added to the playlist, and sometimes they aren't. And this isn't just a issue of a delay or soemthing like that. Usually when a game isn't in the playlist, it isn't in there forever. It doesn't appear a few days a later.

There doesn't seem to a pattern or method to it; it's a random lottery as to whether the games are in the playlist. It doesn't matter which channel they are broadcasted on either

I've decided I'm cancelling Sky Stream, and maybe Sky altogether.

It seems that sports events randomly missing from playlists, is something that has plagued the Stream service since the product was created. Nobody I've spoken to or comments I've read seem to have answer for it. Customer service doesn't seem to have an answer, or have a clue what they're talking about. It seems completely random whether a match is going to be in the playlist, both from my expereince and the experience of others.

It's an issue that Sky seems to have no interest in resolving and for that reason I will cancel. Being spoken to rudely and provoked by customer service on the phone is the last straw.

My advice to anybody who wants to watch or record replays of live sports - DON'T GET SKY STREAM - IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY !!

I'm the same the salesperson sold me on it .sometimes 1 game other time 3

I am having the same issue. Thursday night NFL games are not appearing on my playlist the last two weeks, even though I have been streaming them for the last year or so. Other games from Sunday and Monday are there but not Thursday. 

It's maddening for a service you pay good money for to decide randomly when it wants to function. 

Sky wastes no time in making sure they charge us extra to skip adverts but are not bothered to fix glaring issues with their sub par product.

I can forsee myself joining you on my way out the door and cancelling sky. Could get sky sports via Virgin and probably have less issues.

Scratch that, now there are no games at all on my playlist.

When I click on Live : NFL, the first option is a Channel5 show and thats it, no SkySports NFL games at all other than 'on this week'

I can't even access Sky showings of sports on their own platform, absolute lunacy.

It would be good if Sky could tell their customers (and potential customers) the details of their contractual agreements  with the rights holders.

After a year with Stream the only problems I've had have been with Sky's own programmes.

Still no games available. After using the service for 2 years with no issue, all of a sudden I can't watch the content I signed up for.

I am totally disgusted with this service.
