I have ad skipping as an extra on Sky Stream. Entertainment programme includes basic netflix with ads. Can I fast forward the ads in Netflix as well or do I have to upgrade to the standard package?

The Sky Ad Skipping add-on long pre-dates the arrival of the advertising supported tier of Netflix, and I'm not aware of anything which indicates that it now applies to the bundled Netflix subscription.
Upgrading Netflix would mean no adverts at all, rather than ones which can be fast-forwarded.
