Have dementia and now in care home but sky won’t cancel my sky stream

I'm 83 and now in a care home with dementia, I had sky stream at home but now no longer able to access it, I've tried so many times to get my son to contact Sky but it's impossible to speak to anyone,  they are now threatening me with collection agents

@Pam+Coolidge unfortunately Sky have to follow the law on data. There are methods for your son to represent you which are explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/third-party-assistance

For other people who are growing older taking some steps to set up a Power of Attorney which allows whoever you appoint to manage your affairs if at some point you are unable to do so yourself will make their joob far easier. You dont need a solicitor but if making a will setiing up POAs at the same time can save a lot of timecand money later.
