i HAVE BEEN USING SKY FOR TWO WEEKS. I AM FINDING IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FIND STUFF THAT I AM INTERESTED IN. E.G. TENNIS i SEE MATCHES ADVERTISED ALL OVER THE SCREEN BUT VERY OFTEN THESE PROGRAMMES AREN'T AVAILABLE YET. SO FRUSTRATING. WOULD SOME BRIGHT SPARK PRODUCE A MANUAL. I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER.

Say help into the remote control or from Home, scroll down to the bottom and click on the help tile.
There you will see guides to read and help videos to play.
Have a read of this Sky help article, the FAQ, namely the Features section with more help on how to use Sky Stream
https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/sky-stream-faqs/articles/sky-stream-faqs
One of the easiest ways to find things is just say it into the remote using the voice option.
For example saying 'tennis' brings up all the rails for the live and upcoming matches, highlights, documentaries, some catch up, older final matches, podcast etc.

Hi Lettice OR EVEN LETTUCE MAYBE?
I know there is no Manual. That is the reason for asking someone, anyone, to produc a MANUAL! I will do as you suggest. Tomorrow.

Why are you shouting? Not sure if you're aware but using block capitals is considered rude.

NOT shouting. very sad you have nothing better to do with your time. or maybe you think you're being amusing? oh no. Definitely not amusing.

The convention in online forums (going back to the 1980s) has generally been that using block capitals should be avoided wherever possible, because it's considered to be the textual equivalent of a raised voice in a discussion.
There's no manual for Glass/Stream because each revision to the operating system software tends to make printed material obsolete, particularly where screenshots of the user interface are concerned.

There s very good how to videos on skys YouTube channel and also at the bottom of the main sky homescreen on glass and stream. They are worth a watch and easily accessible

Why are you concentrating on my printing? The keyboard isn't my problem.

Considered by who?

Avoid capital letters? Seriously? I suggest you try to help someone (who happens to be almost 90 years old) who is having a problem with Sky. if you genuinely have nothing else to do how about producing a much-needed Manual?
