F1 Race Control

F1 Race Control i snot working again, has only worked for about 50% of llive sessions since I joined Sky last year, I have 2 pucks and have done full resets on both multiple times and tried watching in both HD or UHD and keep getting the same results.  I left VM to join Sky so I could have access to Race Control as this is not available on VM, this was the only reason I moved to Sky and it is hardly ever available.

Is there a fix for this ?
