Sky puck - constant picture problems

I have constant picture problems since upgrading to the sky puck from Sky Q.

 

waiting for programme to load / fizzy pictures and constant freezing spoils watching tv 

 

I've reset broadband router/puck numerous times but problem persists

@Ed2toe   Hi.  There are usually two common reasons for this problem.  The first is your internet speed.  Go to Netflix (no need to be a subscriber) and in their help settings there is an internet speed checker.  Ideally your Mbps should be over 25 for HD, 30-35 for UHD.  

Secondly the puck is very sensitive, so ensure it is standing on a shelf away from any objects with about 6 inches of space around it and nothing on top of it.  
These are two easy things to check and often resolve the problem.
