Down grading Netflix from Premium.

I have Netflix premium through my sky account and I want to download grade. I have gone into my products, clicked on Netflix and it doesn't give me an option just says active. How do I downgrade?

@Les9239 if you go to https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs, in the Netflix tile do you see the option "Change Plan" and then a little arrow next to it? You should be able to click on the arrow and it will show you the available tiers and the price different and allow you to change it.
