Exchange sky streaming box for ordinary sky box

I wish to exchange one of my sky streaming boxes for a sky box

it's either Sky Q with minis or sky glass or stream pucks or a combination of sky glass and stream pucks

As far as im aware, when i cancelled my stream because of the glitches, they never offered sky Q as a replacement. 

A HD box will only be available from ebay etc now.

Stream is a brill concept and once glitches are gone, I may return.
