My tv is jumping and freezingwhile watching and my internet is sticking as well

@Deborah22  I presume you mean the picture on your TV?  Is this a stream puck your using?

 

If so the issue is likely a wifi or speed issue, on the stream puck open the Netflix app and go to Get Help, run the connection test, what speed is being reported?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
