Error 1310

I am a new sky stream customer. I received my puck but it is not activate yet as I currently waiting for my TV. I subscribed everything except TNT sports. I am able to watch via sky go few days ago until today I receive error 1310. Kindly advise how can I solve this. Thank you.

@0omXLem   Hi, are you by any chance a previous Sky customer?  If so and you are trying to use your old login details that may be the problem. For Stream you need to remove your old details and then re do them.

Hi, I am completely new to sky. I'm not sure what went wrong because I could watch all my subscription yesterday.

@0omXLem  Have you unplugged the puck for a minute then plugged it back in?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I don't have a tv at the moment and I did not plug and play the puck yet.
