Useless

I am sick to death of the poor quality of service with sky, can't get any channels, WiFi constantly dropping out. And yet the app says no problems in my area, well that's a lie. Fed up with it now, think I need to change back to virgin šŸ¤¬

That would be because there are no outages currently on the streaming platform.

In the majority of situations like this the issue is caused by the strength and stability of the WiFi network. If you are having issues with your device connecting to the WiFi have you tried disabling the WiFi in the settings and instead connecting via an Ethernet cable?

An Ethernet cable provides a much more stable internet connection as it won't be prone to any WiFi interference. The key requirement for the Sky streaming platform is a strong and stable internet connection.
