Endless problems with sky stream, and the US Open tennis.

ordered sky sports to watch the tennis. Firstly, none of the matches were available as there was a problem with the interactive service. Then it wouldn't go on the playlist. Then on the third day when I finally accessed matches on the interactive service, the picture started jumping about, and finally the sound wasn't available on the match I wanted to watch. So fed up with it I'm going to give it one more day and if the problems aren't sorted I'm just going to cancel. And this is the first tennis tournament that Sky has had in years! I wish Amazon Prime was still  in charge.

Press coverage from last year suggests it was Amazon which chose not to try to renew its association with USTA, rather than Sky outbidding them in a competitive tender.  It's perhaps worth remembering that Prime has a very different commercial model to any other subscription television service, given that the vast majority of users are paying for free delivery of physical products and happen to receive a streaming media service on the side.

Hear hear. I can get it on my TV at home but keep getting error messages on my Mac. The product is inferior to Amazon Prime - too many intrusive adverts and difficult to navigate. I won't be renewing my sub.

here here, it's terrible, I cannot watch it live as it keeps freezing & then it streams at a million mph to catch up, every 10mins or so... Diabolical service. It infuriates me they don't have any issues in taking money out of my account each month 😡

@Sean710 Just remember that if you ever feel like cancelling inside contract , you will be perfectly within your rights to do so without penalty 

Sky are not providing a useable service right now 

Pixelation on normal, sport channels and dropped audio

Unwatchable Sky sport plus service

They are failling big time in their obligation and collecting examples of the awful service for when you've had enough of I'll help you leave with ease
