I am also not getting Dolby Atmos on the premier league football on Sky Sports Main Event UHD. This happened on Ipswich v Liverpool last night and is happening on Hull v Villa this evening. 

So given other people are getting the same issue it must be something that's changed at the Sky end. Though, if some people are still getting Dolby Atmos then for some reason it's affecting some people and not others?

I've tried Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital Plus and it doesn't work with those so I've put it back to passthrough.

Maybe only people will full fibre are getting Dolby Atmos? - just a thought?

I've have tried everything they have told me to do none of it works. It has to be a issue there end I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting my Sonos sound bar was working perfectly fine since last week this has started the sky stream box is rubbish

@Arbz I'm getting Atmos through the Real Time version of ME UHD.

Not sure if TNT Ultimate has the same option.

Good spot. I also get Dolby Atmos using Real Time. If watch normal feed oy get Dolby Digital 2.0

No tnt is the same I was getting it but now it's stopped working. I still get Dolby Atmos if I stream a movie and also get it on Netflix

@Arbz yea its def an issue their end,  as its working fine on 'ME UHD Real Time' but not on normal feed.

Just checked and like other people I am getting Dolby Atmos on the Real Time version of Sky Sports Main Event UHD but not on the standard Sky Spots Main Event UHD channel.

I've put mine in real time and I'm getting Dolby Atmos but also the same still not on live tv there must of been a update on the boxes because mine was working perfectly fine a couple of weeks ago

Main Event UHD normal feed still only broadcasting standard 2.0 stereo.

Switch to the Real Time channel for Dolby Atmos.

I got a message from a member of the sky team on the chat and got in contact with the technical support team and they have said that Dolby atmos dose not have Dolby Atmos at the moment but are working on it for the future I think that is total rubbish as I have had it in Dolby Atmos before on sky sports uhd and even on tnt

Watching US Open on Main Event UHD channel and only getting 5.1 but when I switched to the RT feed, I am getting Atmos on that one

Thats really poor from Sky. They have been advertising Atmos for years now and I've never had an issue until 2 weeks ago and now the ads on Sky are for UHD and no me tion of Atmos.

I've been the same as you. No Atmos on Sky Sports UHD, then last week it retired but only on UHD RT and when I access Netflix, Disney+ etc through the Stream puck Atmos works

Why do Sky have to be so poor at fixing problems and worse than that they have lied to you

I can also confirm there is no Dolby Atmos on TNT Ultimate either.
