Moved from Sky Q to sky stream. Worst decision I've made in years. Have fibre broadband on cat6 cable. (600+ maps) First puck over heated and died within 24 hours. On its own on shelf with no other electronics within 10ft. Second puck, needs to be reset every day. It's like its not powerful enough to cope with changing channels. God forbid you move from or to an App. Definitely an inferior product to the Sky Q. If your on Sky Q.stay on it would.be my advice.
