Disney+ not syncing to continue watching

My Disney+ shows don't sync properly to continue watching. Once an episode has finished it remains or shows I am only 10 minutes into it depsite watching it. Shows that aren't on my continue watching on the app are showing on Sky as continue watching. Disney+ is the only app I'm having this issue with. 

All recommendations online tried. Reboot, turning on and off Enable Product Analytics, Personal Recommendations & Profiling, logging in and out of the app. Nothing works.

I have exactly the same issue. Couple of shows that we have finished the episode still show on Sky CW as part way through but on Disney they correctly show as watched and don't appear on CW. 
also have a show that auto played in Disney+ but I stopped almost immediately. It doesn't show in Disney CW but does on Sky!

You can try running the program through again on the Disney app by fast forwarding but let it play out as you get to the titles, once finished take the app back to the home screen then exit to the sky main menu.  In theory this should clear the CW rail.

Great!  I'm not 100% sure how it works but I think there is a tag in the stream that flags it as watched so your viewing has to hit that point to update the system. 

The Complete Watching can be so frustrating but with a bit of faff and patience I've not failed to remove unwanted content. 

Maybe the day will come that Sky have the technology to simply delete 🤔
