Re: Sky puk
How is your puck connecting over WiFi or Ethernet? It sounds like a week internet connection but it could be a faulty puck.
Sky stream requires a strong stable connection or you are just not going to receive the service you expect.
is your puck close to your router and does the router have clear sight with the puck as this will have an effect on WiFi signal.

Re: Sky puk
Often your type of issue is that the puck is not getting a reliable wifi or ethernet signal from your local network.
This is a requirement for having a reliable experience with Sky Glass/Stream.
Can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say over a half hour period.
What is your speed?
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
