Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
I had a premium prepaid (annual) Disney sub. Reviewing in 6 months.
I synced sky and Disney on 20 March.
Upgraded Disney subscription via sky premium tier.
Still see no refund of my residual annual sub. Who should I be speaking to?

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
I worked out why I was still charged for Disney, when Sky said I was with them.
Sky added my old Disney account, which was under the same email address, rather than my current Disney account which is under a slightly different email address. I have now cancelled my more recent Disney account but can't see a way of reclaiming the money back. Guess I'll have to just let it go 😞

- So my Disney+ no longer has coming soon and looks like it's been activated...
Yeah because I reactivated my £5.99 Disney+ subscription!
I'm getting sweet **bleep** Adams from Sky.
Bloody pathetic. Couldn't organise a **bleep** Up in a brewery!

I don't understand, there is a Disney Plus Channel on the SKY Plus box, so why would we not be elagible ?

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
Currently the only broadcast Disney channel is Disney Junior.
Disney+ is an app, and the antique Sky+ platform doesn't do apps.
Also, Sky would really like remaining Sky+ users to migrate onto a current platform: it's been a decade since Sky Q was released.

If you're referring to the Disney+Cinema Channel (305), Sky have decided that it's not available to Sky+HD Customers, possibly because of its link to the Disney App which also can't be accessed on a Sky+HD Box.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
Thank you for replying. Unfortunately, I have genuine reasons why I can't change to Sky Q or Glass. I need to stay with my Sky Plus boxes. I've stayed loyal with Sky since the 1980's when I started with an analogue receiver. I was annoyed when they stopped supporting the Sky Plus app, which I believe is far superior to Sky Go and any apps offered by their competitors. When I received emails and in My Sky App were all stating that I was getting Disney plus for free, it felt good, but then to be told that I'm not qualified was so disappointing.

@oj01 Thank you for replying and explaining that, I appreciate it.
It's good to see that I'm not the only one that wants to stay with Sky Plus 🙂

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
I've got this sorted, but SKY haven't.
If I go into MySky on the Stream SkyGlass TV, it has Disney+ and HBO both confirmed on my package as "basic no ads". Perfect.
If I go onto MySky app, it still says "confirm activation" and it's still only showing the Standard + £4 option.
Everything is working fine and I'm getting what I want, but SKY haven't corrected or caught up on the app yet. - Here's hoping 🤞
