Apologies if this has been covered already. I currently pay annually for Disney+ premium with one extra member. If I transfer to sky, would i still keep my extra member ?
Thanks.
@JP_D unfortunately sky does not currently support extra members, so if you switch to sky the extra membership will be cancelled

I am in the same position. The only way to keep the extra member is if you currently pay monthly to Disney for Disney+ Premium. There is no way to immediately convert your account from paying annually to paying monthly. Paying monthly can be selected in your Disney account but it will not be actioned until your current years' membership has expired.
Once you are paying monthly you can take advantage of the membership through Sky and retain the extra member which will continue to be billed by Disney, but in these circumstances I don't expect there will be much of a cost saving.

Ok thanks. My annual subscription expires in a couple of days. I may look into changing to monthly.

Actually, I think you're correct. There doesn't seem to be a difference in savings unless my maths are wrong. Think I'll leave as is.

Sounds like your activation has not taken place.
Can you let us know what is showing in your MySky app, MySky account online or MySky on your Sky Stream, under Your products>App subscriptions for Disney + ?
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +

Thanks, what plan does it show you are on with Sky?
Were you paying for Disney+ before you activated with Sky?
Was the payment taken from Sky card payment 'marketplace' account or was it from your payment you previously had with your Disney account?

Not sure where to find my plan. It just says what i previously posted. Sky Stream- with Netflix & Disney+.
I didn't have an account with Disney before hand, I spoke to someone on the chat & they said the same It hadn't been activated & explained what to do to which I did and then checked my bank this morning to find Disney have taken payment.

Disney + subscription
Can anyone explain why I am being asked to pay extra for my Disney + when it's supposed to be free ? I have already paid Disney for the year but there is no mention of getting a refund for that subscription I am only being asked for an extra £4 a month ?

Assume you were on the standard plan with Disney+ before.
The Sky activation will carry over your current tier from your current Disney +.
You will be able to drop down to the Sky free standard with ads tier within Mysky once activated. You may have to wait until your current tier you've carried over has completed its month.
As you are on annual plan, Disney will refund any due on that to your original payment method you had setup with Disney. That should be within 14-21 days.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
I got charged by disney, as they wouldn't connect my account. The 4 was through sky for no ads. When I open disney plus on sky it says standard with ads.
I contacted disney they said its sky's issue.
I go to contact sky and im given 3 options (one of which is not working, live chat) come here and ask (WHICH I AM DOING AS INSTRUCTED BY THE CONTACT SECTION) live chat, not working or call sky, which i did, I got a vertigo polite french man but the issue persists.
This is utterly ridiculous. If the app wasn't ready why roll it out?? I am so close to cancelling all my contracts im paying an extortionate rate for stuff I cant access
