I have had Sky Stream few months now and after first couple days I could not acces discovery plus was asking me to up grade but its part of stream package I contacted Sky went through the regular things refresh app restart stream reset stream all the regular things and its still not working anyone know why or how to fix this

Have you activated discovery plus as per the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/discovery-plus and is it showing as a subscription in Sky marketplace?

Yes its all registered I could use it for first couple of days then after that every time I opened discovery plus and click on a programme it comes up telling me to up grade and retry so I checked everything on app when I spoke to Sky after we went through all the standard stuff of resetting etc they just said wait couple weeks to see if it comes back on

I have been trying to access Discovery Plus for over a year. Never had a problem until my account was 'upgraded'. It allows me to activate and says that I have the package when I check the account but whenever I try to sign in I am told that I need to upgrdade to watch. It's impossible to get online help from a human and the bot just repeats the same message - very frusrating and feeling ripped off by Sky.
