Red light on Open Reach box for days
Have tried full reboot without success. Sky Stream intermittently loses connection and won't reload. Just keep getting in a loop but think I need an engineer to resolve

Is that a red LED on the top left or lower right of the ONT enclosure?

Lower right is typically an indicator that the batteries in a Battery Backup Unit are no longer capable of holding charge: it's not actually related to internet dropping unless the mains supply is also dodgy.
