Discovery plus sign in button is not working

I try to open discovery plus (on stream) the sign in option is highlighted but does not go to the sign in page when pressed.  The other links work but that doesn't help when I want to sign in.  I can sign I n on other devices, just not in my tv!  Can anyone help????

I went to settings on my Sky device and selected a restart.

When it restarted the discovery+ app reloaded and the sign in button worked.

Hi @TB35. Did you move from Sky Q or any other Sky product to Stream as if so all your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register (see the THIS link) 

 

You can register or re-registered (as appropriate) by doing the following:  Use the voice command "My Sky" and then select the following:  your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions / Current / and then Discovery + Monthly. Hopefully it will say £0 per month whilst you have a Sky TV subscription.  If so select Activate subscription.

Hi, no change of products.  Followed your advice and checked I have an active subscription for discovery plus.  Went back to open the app and still have the activate screen and the sign in link does nothing when selected.  The Get discovery plus and need help activating links both work but they don't allow me to sign in.  I have managed to sign in okay on my phone but I would like it working on my tv.  Also I  cannot sign in from the discovery web page because I don't have an activation code.  This hasn't worked for 2 days and I cannot get to speak to a human at customer support 😞

I also followed your link and got this message:

You've already linked your Sky and Discovery+ accounts

To start watching, open the Discovery+ app on your TV and select sign in

Hi again @TB35  I would call Sky again and speak to customer services.  When you phone answer the security questions but when you get to the chatbots just stay silent and you will eventualy be put through to a human (whether local or overseas is i'm afraid pot luck).
