Error code 400 no Internet but everything else is working fine just discovery plus.

Hi I'm not an expert, but have you done the factory reset on your TV. This seems to have worked for everyone else.

 

It's a complete pain as you have to re sign in to all your apps but it seems to work. The problem arose around the 12th Jan, and wasn't fixed until yesterday, so if you got your new tv set up prior to yesterday you've likely been caught up in this "faulty server" issue.

@Rob136 Have a look at the top of this page and click on the Green buttom marked "Answered - Go to Answer" and you will see a step by step of how to resolve the Issue 😀

 

It's basically a factory reset but you may have to sign back into all your Apps so make sure you have the login details to hand.

Well I'm dubious to do reset and have to sign back in to all my accounts Disney etc

I was very nervous as well, but took a deep breath and went for it, yes it is a pain but it did sort the problem.

I did a reset and now can't reactivate the service as the activate link doesn't work...

@Moochops2024 Discovery + had an issue which they have fixed but to take advantage of it you need to reset your Stream puck.  Unfortunately it will not just correct itself.

 

Some people have reported that they only had to log in again to the Discovery + App but others have had to do it for all their apps.

 

Your Playlists will not be effected by the reset 😀

@Jonno997 I had the same problem - the link that appears on the screen is a bad URL. Just enter 'activate sky stream' into Google and you'll find the correct Sky page.

Thanks @Bill051 I wasn't aware the Favourites weren't saved as currently I don't use them.  Maybe I should 😉

I use my Apple tv 4K box instead of Stream for all my apps. I only use Stream for the apps (such as My5) that require the ad skipping functionality. The Apple box renders stuff from Netflix / Amazon / Disney etc in their proper frame rate, something not available via Stream (such as 24p). Stream is perfectly fine for Sky stuff and anything I need to use the ad skipping function for. TV products supplied by Sky / BT / Virgin etc aren't premium devices such as the Apple / Roku etc devices.
