I had this text response which to say is unhelpful is an understatement:
"Hi, its Damien from Sky, we have been working hard to fix issues with Discovery Plus and can advise that this has been made better however not yet resolved."
its a no reply text so I cant ask what "made better" means?
it hasn't made my bank account better, as I continue to pay Discovery Plus directly.
sky please respond?

If a Black Screen is making it better, they have done nothing, I use a fire stick now

I just had a call from Sky VIP department they wanted me to know that Discovery plus is free to me as a Sky VIP member if I wanted it. I think his ear aches a bit now.
What an insult and what a customer service disaster this company is.
i just paid my fifth monthly payment direct to Discovery plus, to watch their content, you couldn't make it up!

Can't believe it's still not working for you. I put in a complaint and they allowed me to terminate the contract. My partner then took it out as a new package and discovery works. Try that!

It's working now also got a refund from Sky unbelievably

Did it just start working without any new intervention, or did you take your complaint further?

I am also paying for Discovery Plus. Via Prime as it happens. Sick of it now.
