Discovery plus states not connected to Internet, yet netflix etc work OK. Any help welcome
Assume you have tried rebooting your Q box @Mark5858
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Re: Discovery plus error 400
I'm also having this error on 1 out of 2 Sky Stream Pucks.
Error 400.
The other puck has asked me to log in multiple times over the last week.

Re: Discovery plus error 400
Is this the only fix we are getting. Like other people have mentioned, its a pain in the bum that we will have to sign in to everything again and remember what programmes we had in playlist.

Re: Discovery plus error 400
Hi.
it's definitely a pain having to sign in again especially if you can't remember all your passwords like me. Good news is playlist is still there. 👍

@1morgs Now I see why it was taking you so long to sign in again. I have a crib sheet for times like this 😀

Re: Discovery plus error 400
I've just done factory reset, and so far so good 👍 although it was very scary and annoying having to sign back into everything. I don't understand why sky couldn't have fixed it without all this hassle and okay were all good because were on this forum but what about the customers who haven't signed on to this I haven't seen any information anywhere else.

Indeed. You'd think that with Sky Stream hosting apps externally on a server, glitches could be fixed remotely with minimal or no user interaction. It would seem not. It's odd that every app had to be completely reset so perhaps an entire server went down? But why take so long to rectify?
A company of Sky/Comcast's size, operating in the industry it does, should have multiple server backup options which could be switched over in a matter of minutes. Very strange.
