Discovery plus asking to upgrade package

Signed up through sky for discovery plus but it won't let me watch anything it's saying I need to upgrade my package

Is an active Discovery+ subscription showing in marketplace?

Have you linked you discovery account to your Sky account? Step 3 and 4? When did you create your account? That can be an overnight lag for discovery to update.

Has anyone got this fixed, I have spoken to sky technical who couldn't fix it, still asking for upgrade, been working perfect until this point. Tech department hadn't got clue, so frustrating
