Discovery+ not working email not recognised

Hi all, I have watched Discovery+ on my puck in the past but now its not loading. When I go to reset it with the TV activation code it does not work. I enter the code on a device then it asks for an email adress. However it does not recognise either of the two addresses I have. I cant find anywhere to change or check the email on the dicovery site or sky pages. Any ideas?

Once you have activated Discovery +, you should not need to reactivate it.

Just use the sign in button, with email you originally used to activate it, if it's logged you out.

 

Discovery + does log you out if you have not used it for a few weeks or so.

 

You could try logging into Discovery+ online and see if your account is still active.
