sky puck return reminders after sending it back

I've returned the sky puck and associated equipement as requested on november 21st and have proof of postage. I received confirmation that the courier had it on November 24th. I then had reminders to return the equipment threatening charges on Dec 5th and Dec 25th (thanks for that one).

Can you advise how i can contact Sky or escalate this?

Hi @Mark746 and welcome to the forum.

 

What you are reporting happens quite often.  It actualy happened to me a few years ago when I returned a Multiroom box.  Hopefully you kept your proof of posting so give Sky customer services a call and they should sort it out over the phone.  In my case it was resolved in a few minutes.
