Dpd have told me to contact you regarding the following.
I paid premium delivery with dpd to have my sky parcel delivered yesterday, Saturday 6th January. They contacted me to change it to Sunday. This morning I received my delivery time of 12:55-1:55. I changed my plans and arrived at the house at 12:40. Dpd had attempted to delivery my parcel 40 minutes earlier than the agreed slot. I would like a new Saturday delivery without paying due to this inconvenience.

However I suspect there response may be that you will have to call DPD and rearrange the delivery as usually once the delivery courier has the package it tends to be out of the distributors/sellers hands.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
