I have been requested to sign agreement for my sky glass as they are coming out tomorrow 7th Jan. I have been trying to do this but there is an error on the page so i cannot do it.
Please ensure my appointment remains for 8th and also please advise how I can resolve signing agreement. Can I do this when they come tomorrow with hardcopy?

What error do you get when you are trying to access the credit agreement? Have you tried from a different devices and/or different web browsers?
