Disney+ CW Rail

so I have just resubscribed to Disney+, And I'm catching up on 9-1-1, But whatever episode I am on, on the CW Rail It just tells me to watch next episode.. So when I'm watching episode 12, it doesn't reflect this on this CW Rail, Just shows watch next episode 13, then on ep 13, Tells me to watch episode 14. You also get no progress bar halfway through the episode you were actually watching..

This is very frustrating because you simply can't continue watching via CW Rail, You have to go into the app then continue watching the actual correct episode.

Hi @MartinV .  Disney has only been included in the Continue Watching rail since Thursday (12th) so it may well just be a teething problem.  I would suggest sending an email to the Viewer Relations team at viewerR@sky.uk so that they are aware of the problem.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!

I sorted mine out this morning.
No issues in setup as I already had Disney and now via Sky I have it cheaper.
I have been watching a show on Disney today and it isn't showing up in Continue watching on Sky Glass.

should it be?

thanks

Disney plus continue watching

As per today's announcement from Sky Disney plus content should appear in the continue watching rail. Ive started the punisher and it's nowhere to be seen. Anyone else notice?

Not seeing it yet either. Watched a full episode of The Simpsons from my TV Playlist (as opposed to opening the Disney+ app first and watching from there). Next episode isn't 8 Continue Watching.

Hopefully it'll be along soon, only the first day yet.

Re: Continue watching (Disney plus)

My Disney Plus content isn't showing up on the continue watching rail at all. I flagged this here yesterday but it seems my post has been removed.

Hi @KevNewMedia my Disney Plus content isn't showing up in the continue watching (it should as per Sky's release yesterday). Is this a known issue?

Hi @Deedee36  Interesting 🤔.  I watched series 22 Episode 11 of Greys Anatomy last night and today noticed that the CW rail was showing Episode 13 so as you have identified it had skipped episode 12.  I watched Episode 12 today so the CW rail is now showing correctly (E13).

Until I saw your post I didn't give it much thought assuming I had done something to cause the issue.

Hi Everyone

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Can I ask what Disney profile you are using whilst trying to watch from the Continue Watching rail?  Is it the Primary/First profile that was set up, or secondary profiles?

I'm going to mark this post as the current answer, so that everyone has the most up-to-date information.

Thanks
