Seems to be working now finally...for now that it. It would be great to hear from Sky what the problem was, but I know that we dont get to hear this generally!! At least it seems to have been fixed 🙂

Still getting the black screen and having to restart the puck
Come on Sky this is not good enough and won't do. you can't sell a product that doesn't work correctly

@Super+Anthony Just checked and not getting a black screen, so again you'll, need to log any issues with Sky as you've been advised to do previously.
Posting here is not logging them.

Just checked the 922 channel and not seeing a black screen.
All is working fine on that channel.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).

Its intermittent and Sky have acknowledged in the past its an ongoing issue but dont understand why its taking so long. I have reported it once again though

I'm fairly confident if the channel itself was being problematic there would be more customers complaining
I've raised the fact CS have told you there is an intermittent issue with the channel as I beleive thay have given incorrect info. I'd be inclined to believe Platform Colntrol over a CSA any day.
PS the only time I get a black screen is when I change from another channel to 922 while it ramps up the speed and connects to the stream, apart from that no other issues.
