We moved in early November and in our new home chose Sky Stream and Sky pucks, rather than the Sky Q dish we had before.
However, we are still getting BBC 1 East Midlands regional variant on Channel 101 rather than BBC 1 West of England (new post code GL7 Gloucestershire).
How can we change channel 101 to pick up BBC1 West of England? When we moved our account was updated to the new GL7 address, so on Sky's records we are living the BBC1 West of England region.
Can anyone help on how to sort this out?
Thanks Richard

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Richard6789 the region is set by bbc by default you can't change it yourself
you would need to contact sky if you believe the region to be wrong

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Richard6789 Contact Sky as I believe they need to change a regional setting associated with your stream that should correct it.
in the meanwhile all the region BBc channels are available from channel 952 to 969, so you can use those instead of 101 and you will be able to watch the corrrect regional news and weather.

@SKY1992bf Thanks for your response. I'll get in contact with Sky directly.
Next question, how do I get in contact with Sky? I confused the virtual assistant with my question and they sent me here to the Sky Community. However, is there an email address to Sky for them to resolve such queries (haven't found it yet, so am assuming it is well hidden!)? Alternatively do I just phone them, which I have done before on another issue, but again took ages to find a number as it was well hidden? Fortunately I wrote it down.....

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
