Have Sky recently changed the number of programmes you can store in Favourites. ?
When we received puck in July we could store 99 channels but my wife has noticed that in the last couple of days she has "lost" a number of those originally saved and now there appears to be a limit of 49 only.

Thanks
Shame there was no notification about this and I wonder what else they changed without notice..... certainly no fix for the ongoing lip sync debacle
How can I find out the latest software/firmware version for the Puck

Worth noting that the major version mentioned in that documentation will likely only be updated once a major version has been rolled out to the majoritt of customers. New software releases whether major or minor tend to get rolled out over a several week period to batches of units at a time.

Have to agree @PJB001. It would be great to more transparency each time there is an update to let us all know what has been updated etc.
Am awaiting my QS034 one
