Puck won't reboot. Stuck on SKY logo screen

Hi, my sky puck is not working. It is stuck on sky logo screen. It has happened a few times recently and i was able to fix with reboot. This no longer works, I end up with no light or a flashing white light and the Sky logo onscreen. I have been through the how to fix it online guides several times but no change.

Please help. thanks

Hi @NetP 

 

You will need to follow the recovery process as outlined here (namely step 5): https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-sky-logo

 

If this doesn't work you will need to speak to Sky for a replacement puck.

Thanks for replying. I have tried that already but doesnt work. Impossible to contact sky as phone number connects but just silent...

If you have Sky mobile or phone you can dial 150. Or see this page and scroll down to need more help? And you will see the 0333 number for them. https://www.sky.com/help/home

 

Ignore the part asking for your mobile number and it should put you through to someone.

 

The forum software doesn't allow us to post phone nunbers.

Thanks. Its that number that is just silent when i call. I'll keep trying!
