In order for the community to help you will need to provide a little more info. Are there any error messages? Are there any lights on the puck flashing? Was it working previously? Have you tried a power cycle? Have you definitely selected the correct hdmi output on your TV?
Remember we are fellow subscribers not Sky and have no idea how you are set up unless you tell us!
