I emailed the review team who said it was working fine for them and i should delete it from my playlist and reload or watch it on ITVx - it's not on a playlist so I can't delete it and im in Ireland so don't have ITVx. They told me to contact customer service. Spent an hour on the phone - went through a software update, waited various times as he went back and forth asking various people - the upshot was, it is an issue with SKY other people had posted about it here on the community and they are apparently trying to fix it. I'm supposed to get a call when fixed. I'm not holding my breath.
