Pixalating on Sky Cinema
Hi all,
New to this. I've not long entered into a contract with Sky and noticed that most of the films I play on Sky Cinema pixalate intermittantly and freeze. Is this a common issue? Is there something I can do to stop this from happening?
Any advice would be gratefully received.
Thank you.

Re: Pixalating on Sky Cinema
Pixellation and freezing is normally a result of poor broadband speed reaching the puck.
You can check the speed by running a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app.
Ideally you need 25Mbps minimum for HD streaming and 30Mbps for UHD, but the connection needs to be constant and stable too. Sky Stream is very sensitive to fluctuations so if other devices in your household are using bandwidth at the same time then this can affect your viewing.
Sky Stream relies ENTIRELY on a fast, stable and constant connection to Sky's servers. If you cannot provide this then you'll continue to have issues with the service.
