Can’t change format to UHD

We can no longer change a programme from UHD HDR to just UHD. The change "format" option just stopped working..... any ideas? Tried a restart, but that didn't work.

@LJP13  Is this on a Glass TV or Stream puck?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you have the picture settings  on auto  then you should  not need to change  from hd, to uhd, as it will  do it automatically for you

Thank you but the default setting when looking to stream a 4k programme is always UHD HDR. I have always been able to select just UHD (no HDR) in the past but yesterday it stopped letting me.
