Sky Puck keeps freezing

Just added a second puck yesterday and this evening it keeps freezing and unable to switch off with remote. This has happened via watching live tv or just moving from the home page. This has happened multiple times this evening. The only way to get it back on is to unplug and re-boot. The original puck has been fine. So suspect a fault with the new one . Any advice?

Have you tried switching the pucks around? That way, if the problematic puck also has issues in the same location as the current working puck, it would indicate an issue with the puck. In contrast, if your original puck is also having problems in the location you are trying the new puck, it would tend to indicate perhaps a Wifi strength/stability issue in that location.

Thanks for the advice. Tried this just now and getting the same issue. Sky Puck freezing when scrolling through the home screen. Just re-booted and tried to do a full reset and once again froze. Will contact Sky to see if they can replace.
