Can’t activate my puck after hard reset
Apologies as this is probably a common problem but can't find the answer.
Puck powering down when turn on at main so did a hard reset.
went through the set up but have to activate the puck against my account.
Go into my app ... think I've found where to activate but page says it's restricted ??
Any pointers please ??

@GregD2 Sky don't recommend doing a hard reset unless they advise you over the phone,as this can lead to all sorts of problems, you may need to phone them

@GregD2 I concur with @Deedee36 you will need to get in touch with sky as you have kind of bricked the device which can only be resolved by sky back office

Re: Can’t activate my puck after hard reset
As above, doing a factory reset is not recommended, unless Sky have advised you to do so or you are on a chat or call to Sky while doing so.
It, as you have seen, sometimes causes account issues.
Afraid, your only option is to call Sky to resolve the issue.
