Can't access sky cinema

Trying to watch a.film on sky cinema and the tv screen is blank

Have you tried restarting your puck?

 

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

Hi @Cashewitt  Assuming you are subscribed to the Cinema Package a reboot of your puck may resolve the issue if it is a software glitch. It's certainly worth a try.

 

To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset).  It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears and it will take another minute or so from there.
