Bbc1

Just installed a new streaming router and cannot access bbc1!  Do o have to reboot my puck as well?  Not techno at all. Also someone else installed router cuse of my lack of techno lol

There seeems to be major issues all over today, so I would guess it's all related. Sky news is off air as well.

If you have just changed your router then you will need to reset the network settings in the stream puck so you can go through the network setup again.

 

Go into Settings -> Network -> Network connections . Then press the right button to select reset.

I'd be inclined to suspect it may be related to the massive global IT issues affecting Microsoft services which is impacting companies globally including airlines, radio and tv broadcasters. Sky News is has been off air this morning as a result of it.

It seems Sky news is resorting to a mini studio & paper to read the news 🙂

The original question regarding BBC1 is probably nothing to do with the IT outage.
Was it just BBC1?

It likely is the cause as that channel is down on the Sky streaming platform when I lasted checked.

@Chistery  Depending in which region it is some were affected by the outage with microsft  Regions affected:  Yorkshire, Yorkshire and Lincs, East Midlands South, Channel Island

It's also affecting BBC London which is my regional one.

No BBC1 on sky stream

For some strange reason there is nothing but a black screen when i switch onto BBC1 channel no 101 on sky stream, it is not the broadcaster as i can watch it on iplayer and freeview

i have the same problem, but have sometimes been able to watch BBC1 from another region, but that has now stopped working. Some people reporting that Sky News has gone, but I have that. I'm in london
