Why is this service so poor? I never had issues when using the dish, now i can't watch any show without the service freezing. This is really frustrating !

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MichaelK2024 Sky Stream and Sky Q/Sky+HD are different delivery systems. The former relies on broadband, the latter on a dish for live channels.
How is the device connecting to the hub? Have you ran a speed test as per @Exiled-in-HH post?
You need to be getting 25mbps for HD & 35mbps for UHD, anything less and you'll encounter such issues.

Hi all, thanks for your replies. The Sky Puck is connected to the hub using WiFi (it's relatively close). I'm using Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1.
Yes streaming on Netflix / Disney is fine and the speed test this evening is 76mb/s (on fast . com). Although the Sky app speed checker says it's 152mb/s.
Watching any live TV is unbearable, especially for the Euros! 🫣
Any advice please?
