Technical fault

Have turned off puck and broadband and back on again all we get is the home page no channels says technical fault try again later Wi-Fi on all other devices is working ok. Ash

@Ash62  How is the puck connected to your hub as this is likely a wifi related issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
