Am I paying for two Netflix packages?

Hello,

Looking into my Sky Bill I've just noticed -

Sky Ultimate TV - Sky Entertainment with Netflix

and

Netflix Premium

Both have separate prices listed beside them.  

Am I paying for two Netflix bundles here?

No. Netflix Standard with ads comes 'free' as part of the Sky Ultimate TV package. 

You are paying for the upgraded Netflix Premium which gives 4K streaming on up to 4 screens ad-free.
