Sky Puck
I have discussed this before on this forum but a new puck solved our problems, or so I thought!
We suffer from pixelation across channels a few times a week. We also struggle with the remote turning TV on. Why Sky cannot fix this I'm not sure but it is very irritating.
Whilst we were with Virgin we had no problem with our TV just on a very rare occasion the broadband went a bit funny. If there is no solution forthcoming from Sky then we will inevitably be looking for a way out at the end of our contract, if not before.
Before anyone asks, yes we reset the box via button underneath, yes we go to settings and reset there and yes we turn the whole lot off and start again. My point being, we should not have to do any of this.

Re: Sky Puck
It does sound to me like an internet error causing the pixelation. If your broadband is with Sky you'd be best served contacting them directly and getting them to run a diagnosis test on the system.

Re: Sky Puck
Give Sky a call and explain the problems you've been having. They're usually pretty good releasing you from your contract if you have a history of reported issues.
